Jason McDonald provides Executive Coaching to executives and small business owners in the greater Gold Coast Area. Jason McDonald has a Diploma of Management and has spent several years in senior management for some of the biggest global FMCG businesses, being personally responsible for millions of dollars, and for having influence over hundreds of staff. Jason also did a stint in the finance sector both in insurance & lending at State Management level. So he can testify to knowing a few things about running a business.

The 2 most important things in running a business & ensuring ongoing success is Sales & Marketing. The theory is "Marketing brings people to the door and Sales takes them through it". Therefore without a structured Sales & Marketing Strategy, all the best products and services under the sun make no difference. When small business starts to look at Sales & Marketing as a profit centre and not a cost centre, only then will they become profitable.
